Technical Support Specialist

My client is a Fintech company and due to expansion of their office operations and system development, they are looking for a talent to provide high quality support in 24/7 basis

Responsibilities:

  • Take initiative in resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems
  • Provide procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in IT or related disciplines
  • 1+ relevant IT support experiences is highly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent
  • Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English
