My client is one of Hong Kong’s leading blockchain companies looking for a Technical Operations Developer to assist in the development of their Cryptocurrency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of digital asset exchange platform
• Manage and control customer inquiries while providing improvements
• Administer financial services through control based strategies
• Coordinate and review Service Level Agreement processes between Release Team Engineering teams
• Provide Onboarding assistance with Application Programming Interface integration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with strong technical and operations experience
• Experience in digital asset/financial service exchange platforms
• Strong understanding of digital asset trading
• Experience in reviewing Service Level Agreements with Agile Programming
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
