Our client is a quantitative trading firm. They build automated trading systems to achieve sustainable investment returns and are developing a crypto trading platform. They are seeking a Recruiter based in Seoul for the whole recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the hiring of professionals
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate the interview process
- Identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications
- Build in-house branding for recruiting
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Facilitate offers and employment negotiations while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience
Requirements:
- Happy to be based in Korea
- Good communication skills in Korean and English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 3-7 years of experience with Talent Acquisition, HR
- Good to have experience in recruiting specialized in the tech industry
- interested in Fintech/Trading/Crypto
