Our client is a quantitative trading firm. They build automated trading systems to achieve sustainable investment returns and are developing a crypto trading platform. They are seeking a Recruiter based in Seoul for the whole recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the hiring of professionals
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate the interview process
• Identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications
• Build in-house branding for recruiting
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Facilitate offers and employment negotiations while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience

Requirements:

• Happy to be based in Korea
• Good communication skills in Korean and English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• 3-7 years of experience with Talent Acquisition, HR
• Good to have experience in recruiting specialized in the tech industry
• interested in Fintech/Trading/Crypto
