Responsibilities

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for open roles
  • Serving as a go-between for candidates and client
  • Coordinating the hiring process from marketing to client
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screen and assessment
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, networking and technical knowledge
  • Solid negotiation and encouragement capabilities
  • Critical thinking and flexibility when faced with changing priorities
  • Experience with multiple sourcing techniques (e.g. social media, internal recruiting, referrals, etc.)
  • Ability to stay up to date on the latest tech industry standards, issues, and risks
  • Strong project management skills and in-depth assessments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
  • Must have strategic hiring mindset and attention-to-detail
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; Words
  • A personality test will be required during our interview process
