Responsibilities

• Sourcing qualified candidates for open roles
• Serving as a go-between for candidates and client
• Coordinating the hiring process from marketing to client
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screen and assessment
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business, Psychology or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
• Must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team
• Organised and attention-to-detail
• Customer service orientation
• Goal-oriented with work hard play hard mentality
• You must have knowledge in either; Crypto, Blockchain, IT, InsurTech, Marketing, or Design
