Senior HR Officer (Finance Trading)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the recruitment process with internal interviewers and external recruiters
  • Responsible staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Work with external partners in staff enquiries, visa applications and business trips logistics
  • Provide human resources advice to business units on their human resources planning (includes staff performance reviews)
  • Build and maintain good communication with senior management
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field
  • 5-8 years’ experience in Human Resources environment
  • Strong teamwork experience
  • Must be attention-to-details, accurate and dedicated
  • Excellent communication skills of written and spoken in English and Cantonese
