Responsibilities:
- Handle the recruitment process with internal interviewers and external recruiters
- Responsible staff onboarding and offboarding
- Work with external partners in staff enquiries, visa applications and business trips logistics
- Provide human resources advice to business units on their human resources planning (includes staff performance reviews)
- Build and maintain good communication with senior management
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field
- 5-8 years’ experience in Human Resources environment
- Strong teamwork experience
- Must be attention-to-details, accurate and dedicated
- Excellent communication skills of written and spoken in English and Cantonese
