Senior Helpdesk Support / Compliance Management Specialist

Our client, a world leading insurance company is looking for high-caliber candidates to join their teams.


  • Manage Office 365 and automate admin tasks with PowerShell
  • Monitor the daily operation of the team and vendors
  • Make sure all projects meet the compliance and security standards
  • Participate in regular review meetings for vendor management
  • Help providing technical solutions with service providers
  • Manage external research program with vendors
  • Help to resolve any production issues with the team


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  • 5+ years experiences in Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Skype for Business
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of compliance and security baselines
  • Flexible working hours and occasional local business travel
