- Source relevant candidates to provide shortlists for our Fortune 500 clients
- Drive the recruitment process by matching suitable candidates for each job role
- Providing high-quality service recruitment services to the client
- Managing the recruitment process from beginning to end
- Documents from application to offer
- Perform background checking upon offer stage
- IT recruitment experience is a must
- Excellent knowledge in the IT industry
- Professional communication to candidates and clients in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
- Self-motivated, energetic, patient and good attitude to team and external party
- Must be convincing and a problem solver
- Overcome a pin in a haystack mindset – goal-oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Office – Word
