Sales Manager (Real Estate)

This opportunity will be working for a Real Estate Agency with multiple portfolios in different countries. You will deliver a first-class level service to all customers and potential investors. Implement your own strategies for growing the business further.


  • Generating and conducting market appraisals
  • Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Ensuring office targets are met and exceeded
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive drivers


  • At least 3 years’ experience in Real Estate
  • Experience in working in Commercial/Residential Real Estate or financial investment with overseas experience
  • Track record of over achievement in a sales arena
  • Desire and success in winning new business
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Holding EAA Is essential
  • Less experience will be considered for another position
