- Generating and conducting market appraisals
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Ensuring office targets are met and exceeded
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs
- Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive drivers
- At least 3 years’ experience in Real Estate
- Experience in working in Commercial/Residential Real Estate or financial investment with overseas experience
- Track record of over achievement in a sales arena
- Desire and success in winning new business
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Holding EAA Is essential
- Less experience will be considered for another position
