Relationship Manager (Commercial)


  • Responsible for promoting and marketing products to clients
  • Assist in formulating and implementing business strategies in achieving the business goals and sales targets of the bank.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio with an aim to deepen and broaden relationships with our clients
  • Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance
  • Cross-sell a full range of financial products
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior members Qualifications
  • Cultivate and establish long term relationship with existing & potential clients
  • Working closely with specialists to cater and provide tailor made financial solution client needs
  • Provide analysis of market information/data and to communicate with other line managers on market competitiveness.


  • Degree in Law, Corporate Government, Finance and Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build cohesive working relationships with business partners
  • Excellent analytical skills for market research and data
  • Member of ICSA/HKICS
  • Holder of SFC Regulated Activity Type 1 License
  • Knowledgeable of the Hong Kong security market structure and Companies Ordinance, Hong Kong Listing Rules and SFP reporting
  • Result-driven individual with excellent communication skills
