Exciting opportunity to join a progressive Regional Proprietary Trading Firm. 

Responsibilities 

• Managing overall technical project schedules by defining and tracking project objectives, milestones, resources, and timelines
• Meeting with internal development team to track progress and coordinate all internal resources and members of the team to finish the project on time and external brokers and exchanges to collect project requirements and prepare detailed summarizes to share with the trading teams
• Contributing suggestions for new processes and for improving existing internal processes

Minimum qualifications 

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, HFT experience will be a plus
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be fluent in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge about programming and be familiar with Linux
