Responsibilities:

• Driving the strategic marketing direction from 360 marketing plan, from content, social, CRM to digital.
• Oversee the marketing operations and driving business performance metrics.
• Evaluating how the products perform by providing insights into the product and management teams.
• Working closely with the product and sales team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience within marketing, ideally from a crypto exchange background
• Experience in growth hacking would be a plus.
• Proven track record in leading quick growth through fact-based growth strategy.
• Innovative and with strong business. entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in English
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior title
