You will be in charge of driving digital initiatives across the different business units in a well-known scalable organisation here based in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Develop an overall integrated digital product and business solutions align with the company’s overall business strategy
- Involved in end to end digital content management, encourage the usage of customer journey analytic within an ecosystem
- Work along with the digital product management team and engage other business units throughout the whole digital business transformation
- Build in-house digital capabilities to help the company maximise returns
- Promote the digital transformation tools and conduct training to relevant departments within the organisation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experiences (5+ years in digital customer service projects
- Experience in Agile Sprint in complex and scalable business transformation program/ projects
- APAC Regional Project Management experiences is a big plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
