My client is seeking for a Business Innovation mindset talent in order to collaborate with various functions and internal business partners in rolling out continuous innovation challenges through new product and service launching.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute project structure and familiar with the digital transformation life cycle.
- Lead the creative section to make modifications and introducing new innovation methods and procedures.
- Monitor and report innovation program process with periodical goals.
- Provide Strategic Planning and pursue new growth and opportunities along business and technology units.
- Understand stakeholder’s portfolios’ roadmaps and turn initial, ad-hoc innovation ideas into accelerating strategic results.
Requirements:
- University degree holder in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline
- 5+ years’ experience with project management (ideally with innovation brand management)
- Good insight and understanding of latest Technology trends (e.g. CRM, Big Data, Channel management)
- Strong consultation and presentation skills (experienced in public speaking is a BIG PLUS)
- Fluent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
