HR Director

Our Client is looking for a smart and presentable candidate to manage all aspects from organization growth, talent development, Employee relations and C&B and HR Service Delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage functional organization charts and job descriptions
  • Provide up-to-date understanding of market trends and forecasts
  • Develop Employee performance scheme, training and developing plans and oversee the selection of employees
  • Establish and maintain HR budgeting to Finance department
  • Facilitate the execution of long-term business strategies of the Company
  • Maintain good networking with different levels and culture

Requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of experience in cross-functional Human Resources role (ideally within Financial services entities)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong organization skills
  • English and Chinese skills in verbal and written
