Head of Human Resources (FinTech industry)

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the executive members to execute strategic direction for business expansion in HK and the UK
  • Handle full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, staff engagement, succession planning, talent management, employer branding, organization culture
  • Redefine HR strategies such as recruitment, on & offboarding, benefits, performance management, training opportunities
  • Improve employee engagement continuously and retaining key talents
  • Coach managers’ leadership and communication skills to address difficult conversations and relationship challenges
  • Maintain compliance to HR-related regulations such as by engaging external vendors, providing training, reviewing staff policy regularly
Requirements:
  • University degree holder in Human Resources, General Management, or related disciplines
  • 10 years+ in human resources (ideally in finance/ trading/ technology field) and happy to explore in Fintech fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experiences in the recruitment of technical developer roles will be a plus
  • Well versed in Hong Kong and United Kingdom’s Employment Ordinance, Education Bureau and Labor Department requirements are highly preferred
  • Fluency in English (Chinese is highly preferred, too)
