My client is looking for a leader that will take care of its Southeast Asia business scope to be the Insurtech leader within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate eco-system to expand company’s footprint and generate new business opportunities across Southeast Asia Region
• Identify new opportunities to drive growth, transform the customer experience and improve the digital agenda
• Plan and execute the company’s business strategies for innovation to accelerate customer and digital transformation and drive growth
• Manage business case, cost and intended business benefits, project roadmap and KPI for the innovation initiatives
• Collaborate with business and technology units to explore applications and implications of next-generation technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any technical field
• 10+ years of experience with regional exposure and  have an insurance background
• Track-record of progressing new insights, products, processes and strategies across a matrixed, global organization
• Familiar with the latest technology trends: AI, Cloud, Machine Learning and more
• Working experience in either Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
