Head of Creative

Our client is an International Crypto Exchange looking for a creative director to develop the best campaign strategies to boost its image in the market

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an innovative and compelling brand voice and image strategy for new products
  • Work cross-functionally in developing the best campaign strategy with peers
  • Continuously improve the quality, craft, and standards of graphic design
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-departmental staff on strategy direction
  • Supervise the overall design process and provide guidance to designers when necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Financial Technology Industry
  • Candidates with less than 7 years of experience are considered as Senior Brand Designer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or any related disciplines
  • Extensive portfolio with a track of previous work (Compulsory upon application)
  • Strong understanding of digital design, design software, motion graphics, and animation
  • Experiences in leading and working with design, product, and creative departments
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
