Marketing Director (FMCG)

Our client is looking for a strategic global level marketing director to drive the business brand awareness for their consumers.


  • Drive and shaping the global brand positioning around the world
  • Responsible for strategic planning for global campaigns positioning
  • Working closely with the Head of Global and other international marketing, creative, and product teams
  • Lead the international marketing calendar and tap into local insights for improvement and changes
  • Consistently evaluating data, retention and optimisation
  • Recommend and develop new actions to improve the growth and profitability


  • At least 10 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Track record working with global brands; FMCG, consumer electronics, etc.
  • Previous experience in digital agency is a plus
  • This is a hands-on role, with range of marketing skills such as Google Analytics, CRM, to various available tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in English
  • Global mindset, enjoys a start-up environment, energetic, influencer and results driven
  • Experienced working for a brand that rolled out to multiple countries
