Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial management, tax planning, budgeting, cash flow, capital investment, analyze and evaluate the business performance of HK and PRC operations
- Overseeing the daily accounting operation of the company in a full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the company as well as consolidations, budgeting, forecasting and taxation
- Present financial analysis to support business plans and justify commercial decisions, provide recommendations to optimize the quality of revenue, cost and profit
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and consolidated management reports, prepare annual budget and forecast
- Liaise with bankers, external auditors, legal advisers, tax representatives, government authorities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Handle company secretarial duties for listed and offshore group companies independently
- Assist in offshore financing, merger and acquisition and business cooperation of the Group
- Prepare annual/interim reports, circulars, announcements and any ad hoc projects
- Coordinate and prepare documents relating to board meetings and general meetings of shareholders
- Ensure compliance with the listing rules and all relevant statutory, regulatory requirements and corporate governance matters
- Provide support in ad hoc or corporate projects
- Lead the team and ensure the compliance of the Group
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with the membership in ACCA/CPA/HKICS
- Big 4 company and Listed company experience is a must
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PRC and HK accounting in commercial or audit industry
- Sound knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting, taxation and operation experience
- Excellent interpersonal, analysing and coordination & organizational skills
- Extremely self-motivated, a strong sense of responsibilities and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
