eCommerce Manager (Recognised Brand)

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, lead, and drive business strategies, develop partnership, initiatives, and plan marketing campaigns for the Group’s ebusiness
  • Analyze market trends and sales data for budget forecast and business performance review in order to achieve targets and maximize the profit
  • Explore local and overseas business opportunities; develop and implement effective channels to enhance merchants and customers engagement
  • Plan, develop and implement generic and personalized sales campaigns and promotions in different customer touchpoints to drive sales traffic and build platform awareness
  • Monitor communications, contractual correspondence and contract administration relating to the platform
  • Work closely and efficiently with internal parties such as Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal and external service providers, vendors or partners
  • Develop and prepare the Standard Operation Procedures for the platform
  • Collect and create business requirements and prepare presentations materials for introducing the platform to potential business partners
  • Maintain and develop close relationship with business partners and customers
  • Support and monitor the day-to-day operations of the platform, resolve issues and ensure operation efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with over 15 years hands-on experience in business development, business analysis, sales management, marketing, CRM or e-commerce, preferably in retail field
  • Cross border e-commerce experience highly preferred
  • Good knowledge of customer journey design and user story mapping
  • Good project management, analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in an effective and efficient manner
  • Passionate with good commercial sense and knowledge of e-commerce
  • Self-starter, independent with good leadership skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
