This is a brand-new role, an opportunity to join a leading digital publisher in Asia. This person will be the key to drive the overall membership and subscription base, a revenue driver and growth contributor on a global scale.
- Leading the revenue generation in subscription/ membership conversion
- Working closely with a board member to create a strategic direction for subscription growth
- Using data-driven methodologies to understand audience behavior, finetune approach, and optimize message for subscription conversion
- Understand the triggers that lead to churn, and implement action for churn prevention
- Collaborating with marketing, product, technology, and other related functions to lead this cross-functional project
- A must is in-depth experience in growing digital subscription, paywall, churn, and audience behavior analytics
- Great understanding of digital marketing, including marketing funnel, and growth generation
- University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of working experience within media/ digital /growth related
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, ideally with experience working in an Asian culture
