An international insurer is now looking for leadership talent to helping automation and digitalization to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across the technology space to help extend their technology platform, role-based in Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute operational and technology ecosystem programs
• Work along with different functions of unit: development, and business team to establish business implementation plans
• Ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest calibre
• Oversee, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity,
• Mitigate projects risk, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings strategies
• Participate in the digital journey in an agile methodology
• Collaborate with APAC regional office, act as the regional representative in programme performance delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT or related disciplines
• 10+ years of experience with international exposure
• Track-record of the successful digital project delivery is a must
• Project management experience with PMP or other certification is highly preferred
• Working experience in either Agile, Waterfall, Scrum
• Must be a strong team leader, analytical, strategic, disciplined and good team management with the ability to influence
• Excellent communication skills with explaining technical issues
• Fluent in Mandarin and conversational in English
• Must have an insurance background
