My client is looking for this talent to helping automation and digitalization to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across the technology space

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for digital project management on full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of solutions
• Leadership of the development team, to establish business implementation plans
• Ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber
• Apply subject matter expertise (including online and mobile) to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risk, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings
• Support and engage with increasing business objectives i.e. increasing the digital engagement, digital revenue and contribution to improvements
• Participate in digital journey in an agile methodology

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT or related disciplines
• 12+ years of experience with international exposure
• Track-record of successful digital project delivery is a must
• Project management experience with Prince2, PMP are essential
• Working experience in either Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean
• Must be a strong team leader, analytical, strategic, disciplined and good team management with ability to influence
• Excellent communication skills with explaining technical issues
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Must have insurance background
