Deputy Director of Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and formulate the sales strategy, let market forecasts based on sales goals and market information
  • Responsible to formulate sales system management, market expansion goals, sales strategies and plans
  • Organize the implementation, manage and guide sales staff, and complete sales, payment collection and market goals
  • Establish and maintain the company’s sales network and channel management system, through a series of marketing activities
  • Oversee the market environment, enhance the project and product brand, and support the growth of project product sales
  • Promote service activities such as handling customer opinions, suggestions and complaints to improve customer satisfaction
  • Establish and consolidate a balanced customer relationship platform, gradually penetrate end customers, and grasp the final consumer group

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business Disciplines
  • 5+ years of working experience in commercial projects
  • Working background of well-known developers in large-scale complex projects in first- and second-tier cities
  • Have a keen market awareness, adaptability, and independent market development ability
  • Excellent team-building experience, good at coordinating the work of the marketing team
  • Strong management ability, learning ability, communication ability, coordination ability and leadership level
  • Experience in real estate research, planning, promotion and sales organization, successful trading experience in well-known projects, and successful real estate project sales background is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
