Customer Support Specialist (Training provided)

Our Client is a multinational corporation, currently seeking to expand their team and looking for talent experienced with Customer Support to assist with consumer performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and live chat
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for consistent service quality
  • Critically assess and resolve customer concerns
  • Record customer interactions and propose solutions in improving service quality
  • Follow up on assigned ad hoc duties provided by line manager

Requirements:

  • Graduate, diploma, or above
  • Experience in Customer service or related disciplines
  • Shift work of 5 days a week, 9 hours a day
  • Native level of English and Mandarin in reading and writing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full training will be provided
