Our client is an international FinTech company. They are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead the expanding Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the customer service team
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate business growth
- Interact with customers and handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Set customer service goals for team members and help them reach those goals
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with the leading Customer Service team
- Familiar with LiveChat, ChatBot, email and other different channels
- Knowledgeable in blockchain, crypto and exchange platform
- Excellent English communicator; Native speaker is advantageous
- Training a team is desired
