Our client is one of Hong Kong’s Insurtech firms that are seeking a CRM Manager with technical background to assist with the management of customer relations
Responsibilities:
- Provide Google Analytics and other data insights for the development of CRM in all products
- Devise and test marketing campaigns across platforms within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Leverage Journey Builder to deliver multi-touch communications
- Provide troubleshooting for stakeholders working deliverables with SFMC or CRM platforms
- Assist with creating new campaigns, including data configuration, audience creation,
- Apply functional knowledge of SFMC enabling personalization of email content
- Act as a consultant on SFMC products and keep up to date with new features and functions
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in E-CRM or Digital marketing campaign roles with relevant industry experience
- Understanding of data relationships, digital customer journeys and segmentation
- Functional knowledge on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email Studio, Data extensions, Contact Builder, Journey Builder in SFMC Tool
- Self-motivated and a good team player who can work under pressure
- Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
