CRM Manager (Data Analytics)

Our client is one of Hong Kong’s Insurtech firms that are seeking a CRM Manager with technical background to assist with the management of customer relations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Google Analytics and other data insights for the development of CRM in all products
  • Devise and test marketing campaigns across platforms within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Leverage Journey Builder to deliver multi-touch communications
  • Provide troubleshooting for stakeholders working deliverables with SFMC or CRM platforms
  • Assist with creating new campaigns, including data configuration, audience creation,
  • Apply functional knowledge of SFMC enabling personalization of email content
  • Act as a consultant on SFMC products and keep up to date with new features and functions

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in E-CRM or Digital marketing campaign roles with relevant industry experience
  • Understanding of data relationships, digital customer journeys and segmentation
  • Functional knowledge on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email Studio, Data extensions, Contact Builder, Journey Builder in SFMC Tool
  • Self-motivated and a good team player who can work under pressure
  • Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
