My client is a stock listed investment company and to cater their expansion of business, they are looking for a self-motivated candidate to join their company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional secretarial support
- Handle and assist in preparation, review contracts and agreements
- Assist and attend meetings, prepare meeting-related documents and provide translation when necessary
- Provide a communication link between the Senior Executives and other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance & Accounting or any relevant discipline
- 4+ experiences in Finance or Real Estate background
- Company secretary experience is essential
- Pre-IPO experience is a plus
- Strong communication, multi-tasking and attention to details skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a MUST
