Company Secretary

My client is a stock listed investment company and to cater their expansion of business, they are looking for a self-motivated candidate to join their company.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional secretarial support
  • Handle and assist in preparation, review contracts and agreements
  • Assist and attend meetings, prepare meeting-related documents and provide translation when necessary
  • Provide a communication link between the Senior Executives and other departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance & Accounting or any relevant discipline
  • 4+ experiences in Finance or Real Estate background
  • Company secretary experience is essential
  • Pre-IPO experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking and attention to details skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a MUST
