Business Development Manager (Real Estate Sector)

Our client is a privately held company and now expanding its Business Development team in covering a wide range of luxury residential real estate projects.


  • Promote and sell overseas properties to potential customers
  • Provide high quality of pre-sale and post-sale services to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationship effective and collaborative relationships with customers
  • Discover potential clients and market
  • Work along with Finance and Investment team with ongoing projects


  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business related disciplines
  • 3+ years’ experiences in sales on Real Estate/ Properties/ Financial Investment products Portfolio)
  • Responsible, attention-to-details, flexible and a good team player
  • Provident in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin)
  • IANG holder are welcome
