Technical Sales Director

You will be leading a team of technical sales to provide and recommend new IT solutions to existing and new businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate Sales team and General new revenue in supply technical and advisory services to customers
  • Provide technology thought leadership to customers by aligning technology solutions to their digital transformation needs
  • Coach teams on new opportunity discovery and acceleration by gathering the high level of business and technical proposals
  • Help customers evaluate their applications and deliver customer satisfaction
  • Build new customers and provide a high-level quality resolution that will impact their business
  • Strong business network

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any equivalent qualification
  • Familiar within IT Solution/ Consultancy industry with 15+ years of experiences
  • Excellent record of leading and managing a team
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of the IT, Digital, FinTech field
  • Strong people management, team lead, engagement with track record driving results faster than the competition in new markets
  • Strong Negotiation and technical skills
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered in junior banding of position
