We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled System Analyst in Chatbot development to join a leading business in the Aviation industry. This position will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining chatbots to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop chatbots that enable effective customer interactions and automate business workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine chatbot requirements
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of chatbots by assessing its limitation in terms of usability, technical difficulty, accessibility, and performance
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to assist them to implement projects
- Stay up-to-date with emerging chatbot technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in large-scale software development, from designing a solution to launching it into production
- Experienced in leading Chatbot integration projects
- Experienced with system integration from web services
- Experience with frontend development and backend systems
- Proficiency in handling Cloud Platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
