Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering recruitment services, and managing end-to-end recruitment process
  • Providing advice around best practice recruitment methods
  • Develop relationships with candidates and clients
  • Carry out interviews and shortlist candidates for each vacancy
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to client regarding suitable applicants
  • Organising interviews for candidates as requested by client
  • Overview contracts, negotiation, to on-boarding assistance (locally & overseas)
  • Conduct reference checking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or any relevant discipline
  • Build enduring relationships with market peers
  • International exposure is a plus
  • Fluent communication and written skills in English. Chinese is desired
  • Professional phone manner is essential with positive attitude at all times
  • Good organisation skills is a must
  • Excellent analytical and strategic mindset
