Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an ambitious and innovative recruiter to join our team where you will be involved in each recruitment process with multiple opportunities to learn about the firm’s various businesses. You need to be creative in sourcing, attracting & onboarding all level of candidates from market.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the growth of our management consulting business
  • Manage different stakeholders’ expectations and provide professional advice appropriately
  • Involve in business negotiation and business development
  • Management of client and candidate relationships to build trust and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
  • Update the database and other documentation work
  • Generate strong candidate database through multiple attraction methods
  • Handle Job portals
  • Assist on office daily operation and as HR support
  • Work on monthly expenses, data entry and all administration support
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

  • University Degree or relevant experience
  • Pleasant personality, analytical, good interpersonal skill, logical thinking
  • Flexible, highly adaptive, and able to work with people from different cultural background
  • Analytical and quick learner with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Interest and with knowledge in latest IT/Technology trend
  • Willing to learn and take challenges
  • Detail-minded and able to handle multi-task
  • Self-motivated person with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an asset
  • Depending on experience can be considered for: Recruitment Assistant / HR & Recruitment Administrator
