Recruitment Consultant – Digital

We are looking for an ambitious and innovative recruiter to join our team where you will be involved in each recruitment process from mapping, engaging and build long term relationship management with our candidates and clients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Source top caliber industry professionals and assist interview logistics in professional and efficiency manner
  • Use different methods to source candidates, such as the company database, job boards and proactive head-hunting
  • Develop new business relationships with clients by mapping the market and using effective sales techniques
  • Continuously focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates within your market through consultative communication and networking 

Requirements:

  • University Degree and/or relevant experience
  • Hard-working individual, fast paced, attention-to-details, self-motivated, ambitious and goal-orientated, with passion joining the career in Digital Technology recruitment
  • Experience with IT or Marketing industry is a plus
  • Work well in a supportive open-minded and friendly environment
  • Effective sales strategy and ability of advance plans
  • Excellent listening skills, learn and apply new ideas quickly
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbally/writing), Cantonese and Mandarin
