HR Manager (All Rounded)

Our client is a is a listed company in the Environmental Products industry, they are looking for a seasoned HR caliber to join them in their new office.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Management / Group Director on providing strategic planning and managing full spectrum of human resources functions for the Group, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, Talent & Performance Management, Training & Development etc.
  • Develop the Employee Communications Plan to improve transparency, enhance employee engagement & overall company organization effectiveness
  • Drive a corporate culture of growth, organisational changes and positive employee relations
  • Develop people strategy and lead projects in different HR aspects to ensure effectiveness of manpower planning, talent attraction, people development, performance management and staff engagement
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 6 years of all rounded experience in Human Resources functions
  • Professional experience in organization development, culture transformation or in staff training & development is a must
  • A strategic leader who is proactive, well organized, both people-oriented and results-oriented
  • Resilience to work within a complex organization and find creative solutions
  • Develop people strategy and lead projects in different HR aspects to ensure effectiveness of manpower planning, talent attraction, people development, performance management and staff engagement
  • Can work independently under pressure with strong communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
