HR Business Partner (Start-up FinTech Lab)

Our Client is a reputable bank where they are currently expanding, currently looking for a strategic HRBP overseeing the FinTech Lab function.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing clear leadership and direction to the organisation
  • Set up short-term and long-term goals for the FinTech Lab
  • Developing, managing staff, organisation strategic and operating plans
  • Provide strategic input towards the growth and expansion of the organisation, along with being responsible for the implementation of this strategy to scale up of operations
  • Budget management
  • Provide mentorship to the team and strengthen the human resources to deliver on goals

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of professional HR recruitment, leadership experience within Hong Kong and Greater China experience is required
  • At least 2 years of FinTech/Digital recruiting experience
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or similar disciplines
  • Experience with start-ups related to technology, FinTech, Digital areas
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence effectively at all levels
  • Ability to act as trusted advisor to Senior Management
  • Knowledge of the banking environment and a clear understanding of the market trends, competition, policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and written skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
