HR Assistant

Our client is an HK Stock-listed Real Estate company,

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management and employee relations
  • Provide full scope of HR support
  • Drive a corporate culture of growth, organisational changes and positive employee relations
  • Develop people strategy and lead projects in different HR aspects to ensure the effectiveness of manpower planning, talent attraction, people development, performance management and staff engagement
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 2 years experience in Human Resources functions
  • Reliable, efficient and organised
  • Can work independently under pressure with strong communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
