Head of Digital Marketing Director (Strategy)

This is for a Multinational Financial Corporation – listed on NYSE and SEHK. Looking for digital marketing savvy to develop a blueprint for their customer segmentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a blueprint on customer segmentation across APAC
  • Cooperate and engage closely with other regional offices and relevant stakeholders to align the operations to a successful delivery
  • Execute and implement a digital marketing transformation roadmap
  • Translate business cases, budget management and project manage the program
  • Roll-out programs to improve customer experience
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the end-to-end, cross-platform customer experience, ensuring that the different regional initiatives collectively offer a sound foundation for an omnichannel customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years’ experience and successful track record of digital transformation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and worked with regional projects
  • Strong communication, presentation and influence skills
  • Ideally, you must be someone who wants to see marketing changes for the future
  • Strong sense of customer centricity and enhance the digital marketing community
  • Exposure in working with digital technology, data analytics, digital marketing and customer experience
