Our client has a well-formed e-Channel team where they are looking for a digital and technology expert to join the team to drive the enhancement of the business. You will involve with new enhancements such as Virtual Banking related, face recognition, mobile account opening, to fraud detection etc.
- Responsible for daily digital banking operations
- Lead and drive the team to enhance digital banking services
- Coordinate with various internal and external parties i.e technical, product, marketing, compliance etc.
- Control and monitor the overall system projects, improve and enhance customer journey and system user requirements
- Implement enhanced service launch
- Initiate digital banking business strategy objectives
- At least 15 years’ experience in the digital banking environment
- Preferred at least 5 years of digital banking experience
- Track record of system enhancement – digital and technology expert
- Solid organisation, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent business strategic mindset with problem solving skills
- Excellent spoken and writing Chinese and English
