- Manage a team of digital experts who support the day-to-day operations of the digital business which include Digital Ad Operations, Digital Ad Product Development, Ad Technology and Digital Business Development.
- Work closely with the business leaders, provide them with the expert knowledge and recommendations to support them to run and scale their business.
- Acts as the digital advisor to the business leaders and senior management and provide recommendations on how to transform the business into a global media with a key focus on digital.
- Acts as the digital consultant to our advertising clients on the digital media plan.
- Work closely with the audience development team and the data team to develop targeted audience segments
- BA/BS degree with a minimum 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing and/or business development.
- Minimum 8 years of digital experience.
- Working experience with publishers or digital / advertising agency
- In-depth understanding of the digital advertising eco-system.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Passion of the digital and media world and hungry to continue to learn
- Outstanding analytical skills with strong a strong business mindset
- Process driven and at the same time know when to push the boundary
- Have a vision of how big data will help grow and scale the business
