Digital Channel Manager


  • Manage overall customer experience for the digital products and services
  • Provide strategic direction and drive enhancement based on points of failure
  • Suggest new digital features to drive and increase business customers
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders with understanding on product life cycle, competitive analysis, to understanding perspective customers
  • Monitor performance against objectives
  • Develop business cases and perform cost/benefit analysis as needed
  • Present data, strategies and recommendations to senior management to build buy-in to strategic recommendations
  • Prioritize product requirements and coordinate release plans with other dept.



  • Bachelor degree of Product management experience
  • Over 5 years’ experience
  • Demonstrated experience in an online product management role driving the development and implementation of online strategies
  • Proven ability to develop product roadmaps, define requirements and lead implementation efforts successfully
  • Experience with online/mobile user design experiences and managing complex projects
  • Good in analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to work well as part of a cross-functional team and lead across the organization at multiple levels
  • Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills in English, Cantonese is a plus
