Digital, Bancassurance Specialist


  • Bring in ideas and trends of latest digital technology, digital applications, fintech / insuretech user interface practices
  • Perform competitive analysis and MIS report
  • Managing delivery of digital product penetration and sales target
  • Own the online customer experience and be the customer voice
  • Ensure all online customer communication and business proposition
  • Champion the new market trends and interactive opportunities
  • Explore new opportunities and assume the role of a subject matter expert pertaining to digital media planning, social media and mobile advertising
  • Explore fintech development trend in Bancassurance, collect insight from analyzing targeted customers’ needs and e-lifestyle, support the development of online insurance product, service and platform to achieve the target



  • University degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Analytics or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking / insurance operations / products (Medical / General Insurance)
  • Experience in AB Testing / Multivariate Testing solutions / customized targeting campaign design,
  • Experience in optimization tools would be a plus
  • Experience in Agile project management
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese or Mandarin
