Responsibilities

  • Follow up and handle customer’s enquiry in a professional and quality manner
  • Knowledge of the products
  • Resolve customers complaints
  • Answer all issues
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ years working experience
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English. Mandarin is bonus
  • Excellent time management, organised, and passion to develop career
  • Proactive fast learner with strong attention to detail
