Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and follow up the clients inquires by phone calls / emails in a professional manner
  • Ensure the service is up to standard and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Provide any ad hoc support as requested by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with at least 1 year of customer service or equivalent experiences
  • Strong communication skills with phone handling experience is a Must
  • Self-motivated, responsible and has a positive mindset of personality
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
