Customer Service Officer (MPF/Pensions)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and follow up the clients inquires by phone calls / emails
  • Products to cover including Medical, MPF
  • Handle questions with professional MPF knowledge and in good manner
  • Ensure the service is up to standard and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Resolving customers, agents and counter service enquiries

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma
  • At least 3 years experience in insurance industry
  • MPF or related experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with phone handling experience
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
