Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and follow up the clients inquires by phone calls / emails
- Products to cover including Medical, MPF
- Handle questions with professional MPF knowledge and in good manner
- Ensure the service is up to standard and comply with regulatory requirements
- Resolving customers, agents and counter service enquiries
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma
- At least 3 years experience in insurance industry
- MPF or related experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills with phone handling experience
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
