Customer Service Executive – Global Financial Firm (Fresh Grad are Welcome!)

Our client is one of the leading Financial firm in Hong Kong. Currently looking for a Customer Service Executive for giving full support within the customer service department.


Responsibilities

  • Handle client’s enquiries and provide professional advises
  • Response to account enquiries to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other internal teams to ensure the resolution of client’s requests
  • No Selling

Requirements

  • High Diploma or above
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Service-oriented, pleasant, good communications and interpersonal skills
  • LOMA qualifications will be a plus
