CRM Manager (Digital / Financial)

Our client is a leading financial institute. This is an in-house opportunity that you will be working along within the Digital Marketing team to design and execute the customer engagement strategy for developing and deepening of relationship with company’s customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategy
  • Increase engagement, sales leads and increasing revenue
  • Drive and apply customer segmentation, growth insight for marketing programs to increase ROI
  • Cooperate with teams including marketing, customer experience and BI 
  • Working on new strategies with internal teams for solutions and ideas to engage customer journey 

Requirements:

  • University degree or above preferred
  • At least 5 of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally hospitality, travel and/or retail industry
  • Excellent team work, proactive, problem solver
  • Experience with customer journey management, customer segmentation and/or database marketing
  • Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as an Assistant CRM Manager
