Our client is one of the leading blockchain organisation to build high-assurance blockchain products. This role will be the main point of contact between the brand and the community.
Responsibilities:
- Support new product development and product enhancements
- Define product support KPIs and performance analysis
- Work on social media content
- Create engaging campaigns and events for the community
- Manage the support ticketing system
- Work closely with different teams to maintain and expand the community
Requirements:
- Solid experience with community management, operation or product support
- Familiar with support ticketing system
- Hands-on social media management
- Knowledge of blockchain and crypto
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
- Experience with remote working environments
