Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the developing revenue streams of business. Managing the sales generation using your own client network across the region and building out a new pipeline across the region.


  • Develop new business opportunities and identify various markets
  • Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Maximise your sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients
  • Network with candidates directly via various channels (database, social media, headhunting, referrals, jobsites etc.)
  • Negotiating salary and finalising arrangements between client and candidate


  • 2-5 years experience in recruitment, or business development environment
  • Strong relationship building and network of proven clients
  • Ability to work under pressure on own with limited supervision
  • Professional, well presented, multi-tasker, and motivated
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
